TriLumina Corp., a Reno technology startup, is raising $1.2 million through a private offering of debt and options to sophisticated investors.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said it has raised $66,238 of the offering.
The company is headed by Rudi Wiedemann, who previously built companies in biodiesel production and entrepreneurial education.
