State revokes licenses of contractor

The Nevada State Contractors Board has revoked the licenses of David & Green Ltd. of Reno.

The board said the company abandoned a project, diverted funds and participated in a prohibited act.

In other disciplinary action, the board:

* Fined Verdi Electric Co. of Verdi $1,250, suspended its license and ordered it to provide a current financial statement. The board found the company committed a fraudulent or deceitful act, misrepresented its actions and failed to establish financial responsibility.

* Ordered F. Scott Egbert Construction of Wells to pay investigative costs and provide a current financial statement. The board said the company failed to establish financial responsibility.
