Saint Mary's surgical suite

Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center opened a $3.2 million hybrid endovascular surgical suite last week.

The suite streamlines cardiovascular imaging capabilities, vascular procedures, and surgery into one room, allowing for speedier treatment and reducing the time a patient is under anesthesia. The hospital estimates it treats 80 patients a month who could combined from the hybrid suite.
