Carl and Jean Thoms of Reno recently purchased Paradise Timeshare Resale of South Lake Tahoe from Dan Spano.
Spano, who founded founded Paradise Timeshare Resale in 1989, will stay on as a consultant, and staffing at the company located in Heavenly Village will remain unchanged. Spano, owner of Paradise Real Estate, also will share office space with Paradise Timeshare Resale, which specializes in Lake Tahoe and Hawaii timeshare resales.
