Unlicensed contractors cited

The Nevada State Contractors Board cited four builders in northern Nevada for contracting without a license after conducting sting operations.

Citations were issued to Javier Rodriguez, who provided bids for painting, flooring installation and paver installation; Joseph Pinkerton, who does business as PDI and made a bid on a painting job; Ofelio Ramos, who provided a bid for paver installation; and Tracy Atchison, who does business as Tracy's Painting and bid on a painting job.
