Debra Herman has been named senior vice president and manager of retail banking for Nevada State Bank, where she will oversee operations for 13 branches in the Reno area.
Herman previously worked as vice president and district market manager for U.S. Bank in Las Vegas. Prior to that, she worked at BB&T, formerly Colonial Bank, in Reno.
