Four consulting engineering firms contracted with the Washoe County government to provide on-call services for a program to improve home elevations in flood-prone areas.
Contracts were awarded to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., Summit Engineering Corporation, Tobey-Wade Consulting and Wood Rodgers.
Approximately $300,000 of the project budget has been set aside for engineering consultation.
