David J. Schaper, a certified public accountant, has joined Barnard, Vogler & Co. in Reno as a manager.
His experience includes auditing financial statements of local governments and providing tax services for individuals, fiduciaries and businesses in various industries.
Schaper earned a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Nevada, Reno.
