Advanced Refining Concepts LLC, of Sparks said last week that two U.S. patents have been issued to its co-founders, Rudolf and Peter Gunnerman. The patents relate to the company's technology for conversion of biogas to liquid fuels, which it uses at its refinery at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.
