Terry Alan Mathews, 48, of Carson City died April 5, 2011. He was born Nov. 24, 1962, in Norwalk, Calif., to Willis and Joyce (Schultz) Mathews. He is survived by his mother Joyce Box of Carson City; sisters Teresa Fozard of Carson City and Deborah Hernandez of Bull Head City, Ariz.; brother Michael Mathews of Lake Hughes, Calif.; two nieces and one nephew. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
