Betty Jane Wheaton, 87, of Carson City died April 5, 2011, at Evergreen Mountain View Care Center. She was born May 21, 1923, in New Castle, Pa., to Harold and Fransis (Black) McBride. She is survived by her son David Wheaton of Copperas Cove, Texas; daughter Carol Hepp of Boynton Beach, Fla.; sister Barbara Robison of Yorba Linda, Calif.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
