Allied Nevada Gold said last week that the earthquake in Japan will delay delivery of a large-capacity shovel that's part of the expansion plan at its Hycroft Mine at Winnmucca.
The Reno-based company says the mine produced 20,718 ounces of gold and 61,751 ounces of silver in the first quarter.
