Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty in court:

• Miguel Lopez, 38, a custodian from Carson City, was arrested at 12:49 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor possession of burglary tools. Lopez allegedly made a house key to his boss's apartment and entered it while the boss's wife was inside. When running his Social Security number, it was discovered the number was connected to 35 different names. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a hold on Lopez. Bail was set at $2,500.

• A 22-year-old woman from Carson City was arrested at 7:36 p.m. in the 700 block of Silver Oak Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor obstructing an investigation. Bail was set at $407.

• Cesar Noe Rodriguez, 20, a fast food worker from Carson City, was arrested at 11:42 p.m. Thursday at Carson Street and Clearview Drive on suspicion of felony probation violation, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving without a valid license. No bail was set.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Report of a disruptive woman in the emergency room who tried to kick a doctor at 7:15 a.m.

• A mother reported at 11:51 a.m. that her 5-year-old son was punched several times in the arm by a 10-year-old boy in the 3400 block of Airport Road.

• A woman spotted a teen going through several vehicles behind the Senator Apartments on Roop Street at 12:23 p.m. When confronted, the teen fled, leading deputies on a short foot chase before the teen was apprehended.

• A woman discovered at 7:46 p.m. that someone hit her vehicle while she was shopping inside Costco. She reported a witness left a note providing information on the suspect vehicle. An hour later deputies located the 83-year-old driver of the suspect vehicle who admitted the hit and run. She was cited.

• Residential burglary report in the 1000 block of North Saliman Road at 9:08 p.m.
