High Desert Rockers monthly meeting is 6:30 p.m. today at the Nevada National Guard Center, 2460 Fairview Drive, Carson City, located south of Nevada State Prison.
Author and historian Joe Tingley is the guest speaker for the April meeting. He will deliver a presentation on "Geological Travels Around Nevada."
As always, bring rocks to share and there will be free refreshments, a silent auction, and door prizes. For more information, call 775-267-5144.
