A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 30 at Coventry Cross Church, 1631 Esmeralda Ave., Minden, for Gardnerville resident Vivienne Marie Pamidge, who passed away April 20, 201 1. Mrs. Partridge was born Dec. 7,1927, in Gering, Neb., to Quentin and Leona Dean.
Vivienne married Roy P. Partridge in Denver, Colo., on May 5, 1967. They later moved to Houston, where they owned a successful real estate management company. In 1981 Roy and Vivienne moved to Carson Valley to retire. They were active in a variety of business ventures and volunteered to help manage and operate Coventry Cross Thrift Shop for many years.
Vivienne is preceded in death by her husband Roy, her daughter Suanne Ferguson and sister Dorothy Smith. She is survived by her daughters Stephanie (Tom) Hoyle of Gardnerville, Shannon (Brian) Krauss of Houston; son William (Mary) Ferguson of Woodbury, N.J.; grandchildren, Richard Bender, Littleton, Colo., Cathy Balda, Gardnerville, Scott Hoyle, Minden, Suanne Hawley, Lakewood, Colo., and Tommy Hoyle, Reno, Stacy Krauss, Houston, Kelly Samansky, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Kristen Ferguson, Zach Ferguson and Austin Ferguson all of Woodbury; seven great-grandchildren and two nieces. FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is caring for arrangements.
