Pizza, plus special speaker at Democrats meeting

The Capital City Democrats will meet at 7 p.m. May 4, AFSCME building, 709 E. Robinson St.

Guest speaker is Theresa Nevarro, who was recently elected 2nd vice-chairwoman of the Nevada State Democratic Party and is also president of the Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada.

A "come-right-from-work" pizza, soft drinks and extras will be available from 6:30 p.m. (donation welcome, but not required.)
