Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Amy Childress, 27, of Carson City, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony theft warrant out of Arizona. Bail was set at $5,000.

• Justin Joseph Simon, 23, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of North Roop Street on suspicion of felony probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bail was set.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report of money stolen overnight from an unlocked car in the 1600 block of Airport Road.

• Report at 8:21 a.m. of copper stolen from the 800 block of East Long Street.

• Report at 9 a.m. of a camera stolen from a vehicle in the 3700 block of Woodside Drive.

• Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 11:19 a.m.

• Accident at South Carson and Ninth streets at 1:19 p.m.

• Cell phone, GPS and charger missing from a vehicle at 3:27 p.m. in the 4100 block of Quinn Drive.

• A mother on Condor Circle reported at 9:40 p.m. that her 40-year-old son had been drinking, yelling and kicking things.

• Coroner call in the 2200 block of Airport Road at 10:16 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report of a stolen fire hydrant in the 300 block of Mull Lane in Fernley at 1:23 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report at 5:02 p.m. of a stray dog attacking a dog being walked by its owner on Avenue De La D Emerald.
