Shakka Moore has been named executive chef of Vista Grille in Sparks.
Moore, who also will continue to work as executive chef at The Grove at South Creek, has worked 20 years in the culinary industry. He was executive sous chef at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe and Lone Eagle Grille after working at restaurants and resorts in Guam, Japan and The Philippines.
