Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 33-year-old machinist from Carson City was arrested at 5:33 a.m. Sunday in the 4500 block of Nye Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and having an open container of alcohol in vehicle. Bail was set at $1,219.

• A 56-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 5:51 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $337.

• A 60-year-old medical worker from Carson City was arrested at 11:44 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and hit and run. Bail was set at $1,469.

• Aaron Hernandez, 18, of Carson City, was arrested at 4:50 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of West Winnie Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor minor consuming alcohol and gross misdemeanor assault on a peace officer. Bail was set at $2,604.

• Miguel Angel Solis-Andalon, 23, a transient, was arrested at 3:24 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Hot Springs Road on suspicion of felony burglary and forced entry and misdemeanor trespassing. He allegedly broke down an apartment door and was found by the tenant sleeping on the couch. He is being held on a no-bail immigration hold.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• Noise complaint at 1:25 a.m. in the 2600 block of Carriage Crest Drive.

• A woman reported at 7:45 a.m. that her mailbox was found in her neighbor's yard on Avery Road and driveway lights were damaged and missing.

• Vehicle burglary report at 8:23 a.m. in the 2700 block of East Nye Lane.

• Accident at 3:40 p.m. at North Roop Street and Beverly Drive.

• A boat carrying a dozen people capsized off Chimney Beach at 4:36 p.m. No one was injured.

• Accident at 5:21 p.m. at Airport Road and Sherman Lane.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• Juveniles detained for shoplifting at 6:13 p.m. on Silverlace Boulevard in Fernley

• Arrest at 7:49 p.m. on Cypress Street in Silver Springs.

• A Silver Spring woman reported at 9:10 p.m.; that a man beat her with a golf club.

• A vehicle struck a tree at 10:23 p.m. on Riverboat Road in Dayton.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• Commercial burglary report at 9:30 a.m. on C Street.

• Report at 6:49 p.m. of a rattlesnake in the middle of Willie Way. The woman calling was "concerned the snake was headed into her yard and she has three small children."
