Denny Peters, a professional engineering and professional hydrologist, has been named manager of the newly opened office of Northwest Hydraulic Consultants in Reno.
Peters worked 20 years in civil and environmental engineering before joining Northwest Hydraulic, which is headquartered in West Sacramento.
