Survived by wife Donna; daughters Meg and Katie; granddaughters Stephanie and McKenna and their father Dave.
Father Sam served as a Rector in Ohio and Pennsylvania until settling in Carson City in 1983. He retired from St. Peter's Episcopal Church in 1994.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 12 Trinity Episcopal Church. In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Heart Association or the Nevada Humane Society.
