Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Tami Rae White, 29, a server from Sparks, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony burglary, uttering a forged instrument and gross misdemeanor conspiracy to commit theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

• A 55-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 10:27 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Fairview Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny and interference with a peace officer. According to the arrest report, the man allegedly attempted to steal $62 in fish supplies. A clerk at Petsmart managed to get the man's keys so the man locked himself in his vehicle and refused to open the door for deputies. In order to take the man into custody, the report states, officers sprayed him with Mace and Tased him. He was eventually handcuffed and taken to jail. Bail was set at $1,479.

• A 40-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 9:44 a.m. Wednesday at East Long Street and Rand Avenue on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to obey a traffic signal, driving on a revoked license, driving with expired registration and possessing fictitious registration. Bail was set at $908.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Coroner call in the 800 block of Weninger Drive at 6:36 a.m.

• Accident at College Parkway and Emerson Drive at 10:32 a.m.

• Coroner call at West College Parkway and North Carson Street at 7:07 p.m.

• A man on Bel Aire Way reported his roommate moved out and stole $100 from his wallet at 10:20 p.m.

• The 911 dispatch center received two hang up calls from a home on East Telegraph Street at 11:31 p.m. Upon calling back, a woman who answered the phone said the dog accidentally dialed the number. Police conducted a welfare check on the home where a woman said her boyfriend hit her in the head. The boyfriend was not on scene.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• A Fernley woman reported at 7:43 a.m. that an acquaintance took her vehicle and computer.

• Attempted residential burglary report at 8:26 a.m. in the 100 block of Pebble Drive in Dayton.

• A tenant in Fernley reported juveniles and adults down the street were taunting him at 2:08 p.m.

• Arrest on Nevada Street in Silver Springs at 2:14 p.m.

• Report at 9:25 a.m. of a man dressed in black, looking through binoculars while sitting in a car on Lakes Boulevard in Dayton.
