Gordon Paynter, 59, died in Carson City, Feb. 14, 2011. He was born Oct. 18, 1951, in Muskegan, Mich., to Glen and Wilma Paynter. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Phillip Paynter and daughter Rachael. Among his survivors are his wife Sally; brother Tim Paynter; sisters Patricia Kenney, Linda Graves and Kathy Groendal. No services are scheduled. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
