Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty in court:

• A 47-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday on suspicion of misdemeanor harassment. Bail was set at $1,000.

• A 25-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 3:56 a.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of Kit Sierra Way on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• A 39-year-old retail worker from Carson City was arrested at 1:12 p.m. Tuesday at Telegraph and Stewart streets on suspicion of drunken driving and failure to stop at a stop sign. The man allegedly blew a .417 on a preliminary breath test. According to the arrest report, .417 was as high as the Breathalyzer machine would go.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report at 10:10 a.m. of two iPods stolen from a vehicle and a pocket knife and batteries left behind on Shelbyville Drive.

• Report at 3:56 a.m. of an intoxicated student at Carson Middle School.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report of an accident involving a school bus on State Route 208 in Mason Valley at 4:22 p.m. No students were on the bus. No injuries reported. Misdemeanor arrest made.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report of a telephone or cable line down in front of the Silverland Hotel on North E Street at 2:45 p.m.
