Wilson and Noonan announce engagement

Courtney Eileen Wilson and Brian James Noonan recently announced their engagement.

The couple are planning a wedding June 18, 2011, at Our Lady of Tahoe Catholic Church in Round Hill Pines, at Lake Tahoe. Fr. Nathan Namo of St. Gall's Catholic Church will officiate.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Doug and Sharel Wilson, Gardnerville.

She is a 2000 graduate of South Tahoe High School, in South Lake Tahoe, Calif. She received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2004 from Gonzaga University, in Spokane, Wash.

Wilson is a nursing student at Western Nevada College, and will graduates as a registered nurse in May.

The groom-to-be is the son Greg and Liane Noonan of Shoreham, N.Y., and Cathi Jones, New Bern, N.C.

He graduated from Shoreham-Wading River High School in 2003 and works as a carpenter for Doug Wilson Construction, of Lake Tahoe, Gardnerville.
