Consolidated Agency Partners has acquired Meniccucci Insurance Associates and established its headquarters in Reno.
The company will hire two additional employees to join the nine existing employees at its office at 190 Huffaker Lane.
Consolidated provides clustering, networking, wholesale brokerage and retail insurance agent marketing, sales and support services to its member agencies, said Craig Fuher, president and chief operating officer.
The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada, which assisted with the company's establishment in Reno, estimates its five-year economic impact in the region at nearly $25 million. Scott Shanks of NAI Alliance assisted EDAWN in the work with Consolidated.
