Lou Primak of Agate Sierra Construction Inc. will serve as 2011 president of the Northern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP, an association of professionals in the commercial real estate development business.
Other officers will include Mike Perkins of MTK Ltd, president-elect; Marc Markwell of Sierra Nevada Corp., secretary; Paul Kinne of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada, treasurer; and Brad Woodring of NV Energy, past president.
Board members include Len Gilman of Gilman Real Estate Services, Elizabeth Fielder of Jones Vargas Law Firm, Brian Egan of Egan Commercial Real Estate, Andy Tourin of First Centennial Title Co., Brandon Page of ProLogis and Tina Iftiger of the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
Committee chairs include Greg Shutt of Grubb & Ellis|NCG, membership; Aaron West-Guillen of NAI Alliance, legislative; Matt Grimes of CB Richard Ellis, developing leaders; Perkins, programs; Tourin, education; and Fielder, sponsorship.
