Duckworth Capital Partners L.P., an investment fund headquartered in Reno, reported last week that it has raised $3 million of a planned $75 million offering.
The company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that 14 investors now are participating in the fund.
Minimum investment in the fund is $250,000, and it is limited to sophisticated investors.
