The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno earned a $28,191 rebate from NV Energy to help cover the costs of improving the energy efficiency of its Sky Terrace Restaurant and kitchen exhaust fans throughout the company.
The property also is replacing incandescent lights throughout the first two floors of the property with compact fluorescent lights.
Energy savings are estimated at $45,000 a year, NV Energy said.
