Dean Stanphill of Reno has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of GCE Environmental, a company that specializes in biogas-to-energy projects from offices in Reno, Portland and Anaheim. Stanphill previously was vice president of the company.
Stanphill's experience also includes work as a senior vice president with Converse Consultants.
