S.two raising capital

S.two Corp., a Reno company that provides systems for digital cinematography, has begun raising capital from sophisticated investors.

The company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission last week that it will offer equity, debt and options. It didn't specify the amount of capital it hopes to raise.

S.two expanded into a 5,000-square-foot manufacturing and office facility in South Meadows late last year.
