Douglas A. Kiersey Jr. has been named president of Dermody Properties/DP Partners, a Reno-based national industrial development company.
Kiersey previously was senior president and Midwest regional director with ProLogis. He also worked as vice president and market officer for ProLogis, overseeing its Portland and Seattle markets.
Before joining ProLogis, Kiersey worked as a commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield in Oregon. He has worked 27 years in development, acquisition, management and marketing of distribution properties.
Kiersey earned a bachelor's degree in business at Oregon State University and earned a master's degree in business from the Kellogg School of Management.
