Biz-Net and Advanced Networking Group, two Reno-based providers of information technology services, have merged and will operate under the Biz-Net name.
Steven Farber and Mike Wolfe, technology experts at Advanced Networking Group, will continue working for the combined companies.
Cliff Sharp, who launched Advanced Networking Group 12 years ago, said he has known Biz-Net president Marco Romero for more than 20 years. The two met when they worked together at International Game Technology.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
