Paul Downey, Doug Carlton and Lee Parsley

Paul Downey has joined Click Bond Inc. in Carson City as chief financial officer.

Doug Carlton has been promoted to vice president of standards at the maker of aerospace components, and Lee Parsley has been promoted to vice president of quality assurance.

Downey, who has worked more than 30 years in accounting and finance, previously was chief financial officer at Ensign Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company.

He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University, and a master's degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Carlton, previously manager of standards engineering at Click Bond, has worked for the company since 1992.

He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Parsley, who previously worked as quality assurance manager, joined Click Bond in 1995 after previously working at McDonnell Douglas, Tracor Aerospace, and Defense Systems High-Shear Division.

He earned a bachelor's degree in business management and an associates degree in quality technology and business administration from the University of Redlands.
