Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Edi Pat Diller, 41, of Mound House, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. Friday on suspicion of felony attempted auto theft. He allegedly tried to push-start an unlocked Jeep on Airport Road. When the owner saw him, the owner tackled Diller, while another man held him at gunpoint for police. Diller said he'd drank four beers and had three shots of Jagermeister before the attempt, the report states. Bail was set at $15,000.

• Lawrence Thomas Druce, 45, of West Jordan, Utah, was arrested at 10 a.m. Monday on a Utah warrant parole violation. No bail was set.

• A 23-year-old Dayton man was arrested at 3:10 a.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of North Fall Street on suspicion of misdemeanor assault on a peace officer and resisting with violence. Bail was set at $1,132.

• Christopher White, 26, a bank worker from Carson City, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony preventing a victim from reporting a crime and misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $7,500.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Report at 12:54 a.m. of a man inside Walmart refusing to leave. The caller said the man looked "high on drugs" and he kept "mooning" the managers. When the man finally left the store, he "skipped" toward Dotty's. A misdemeanor arrest was made.

• Report of shots fired in the area of Walker Drive at 2:01 a.m.

• Report at 3:23 p.m. of a home burglary in the 1000 block of South Nevada Street. Movies, games and other items were reported missing.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Report of one juvenile stabbing another on James Court in Mound House at 2:43 p.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Bridge Street in Mason Valley at 9:23 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded recently:

• A 32-year-old woman from Washougal, Wash., was arrested at 7:30 a.m. Sunday at the Silverland Motel on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. She allegedly punched and bit her husband while he was in bed. She posted $3,000 bail and was released.

• A 52-year-old Rainbow Bend man was arrested about midnight Monday in Lockwood on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,137.
