Spare Backup Inc. of Minden said last week it hired Martin E. Janis & Co. Inc. of Chicago to oversee an investor-relations and marketing communications program.
Publicly held Spare Backup provides automated online computer backup services targeted to consumers and small- to mid-sized businesses.
