IpAuctions Inc. of Reno won a contract for the online auction of 21 patents, a patent application and a trademark portfolio held by Ellipso Inc. and several subsidiaries.
Ellipso is a privately held communications satellite design company, now in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization, headquartered in Washington, D.C.
IpAuctions is working with National Commercial Auctioneers of Tulsa, Okla., to sell the Ellipso intellectual property.
