Troy Haggard has joined the staff of Mark Bailey & Company, a public accounting firm in Reno, as a staff accountant.
He has 15 years of management experience in the mining and technology industries and will assist the firm's audit and tax departments within those industries.
He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.
