William P. Fasig will step down as president and chief executive officer of Reno's GameTech International Inc.
The company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Fasig wants to move with his family from Reno.
The date of his departure is linked to completion of the company's most recent quarterly report or the hiring of a successor. Fasig will work as a consultant to the company through mid-November.
