Tim Hargarten has been named chairman of the board of Sanare Ltd., a Reno-based provider of care-management solutions for people with diabetes.
Hargarten previously served as president and chief executive officer of Access MediQuip, a medical device benefit management company. He also has been chairman and CEO of NaviNet, a healthcare communications network.
