Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Stephen Brownley Holt, 28, unemployed of South Lake Tahoe, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday at Carson and Musser streets on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana warrant out of Placerville. No bail set.

• A 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 4:05 a.m. Wednesday at Damon and Saliman roads on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and failure to stop at a stop sign. Bail was set at $2,199.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• A man reported at 1:04 p.m. he thought he lost his wallet on Hot Springs Road.

• A purse was stolen from a shopping cart as the owner shopped in the 500 block of East William Street at 4:14 p.m.

• Report of a man taking a beer from a North Carson Street convenience store and running off without paying at 9:32 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Misdemeanor arrest on Six Mile Canyon Road at 1:25 a.m.

• Report of graffiti at Mark Twain Park in Mark Twain at 9:04 a.m.

• Motorcycle accident on Idaho Street in Silver Springs at 8:18 a.m.

• Vehicle burglary report on Boulder Circle in Dayton Valley at 6:40 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Coroner call on Tom Sawyer Way at 7:54 a.m.
