Tribute to country music on Saturday

Joseph Greco Tribute to the Legends is appearing at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Bob Boldrick Theater, Carson City Community Center.

Singer, songwriter Joseph Greco will lend his velvety, smooth voice to special tribute songs of country music legends Marty Robbins, Jim Reeves, Charlie Rich and Ricky Nelson from the '50s, '60s and '70s.

Special guest star Scott Killion, with his variety of style, will perform songs from Johnny Cash, Bob Seger and Kenny Rogers.

Greco has had successful tribute shows in Pigeon Forge Tennessee and South Carolina. Lockett Shows presents Joseph Grecos Tribute to the Legends to Northern Nevada's country music fans.

As a special bonus, Greco will give away a Rogue Guitar to a lucky boy and girl. Raffle tickets will be handed out at the door to boys and girls ages 7-15 years old. During the show, Greco will demonstrate the guitars by playing a few tribute songs to the audience. At the end of the show, Joseph will draw a ticket, one each for a boy and a girl, and call the winners to the stage to receive their brand new guitars. The girl's guitar is pink, the boy's, walnut.
