The company sold a 240-unit multi-family property at 800 Nichols Blvd. for $13.65 million to AJU Investments LLC. John Pinjuv and Reed Simmons of Grubb & Ellis|NCG represented LNR Properties. AJU Investments, LLC, was represented by Kenneth Blomsterberg with Marcus & Millichap.

A 68,000-square-foot industrial building, vacant for 11 years and condemned for occupancy after a 2005 snowstorm, was purchased for $670,000 by LGM Investments, which hired Frank Lepori Construction to renovate the property. Yair "YaYa"Jackoby of Ferrari Lund Real Estate represented the seller, and Paul Perkins of Perkins Company Nevada Ltd. represented the purchaser.
