John Lach has been named vice president of provider services and Lisa Dettling has been promoted to director of customer service at Saint Mary's Health Plans.
Lach, who has worked 16 years in the health industry, previously worked as as assistant vice president of managed care for IASIS Healthcare. He also has worked as director of network management for CIGNA and senior network account manager for United Healthcare.
Dettling, who has 23 years experience in health care, previously was director of health enhancement for Saint Mary's Health Plans. From 2005 to 2008, she was director of marketing and business development for Saint Mary's.
She earned a bachelor's degree in public relations and speech communications from the University of Nevada, Reno.
