Environmental Management Planning Solutions Inc. won a $1.6 million contract from the U.S. Bureau of Land Managements' Battle Mountain Regional Office to prepare a resource management plan on 10.5 million acres of federal land within Lander, Eureka, Nye, and Esmeralda counties.
The Reno office of EMPSi will spearhead the effort.
