Donald Gunn will become president of Golden Phoenix Minerals Inc. of Sparks on March 15. Sarah Ham has been named in-house general legal counsel for the company.
Gunn succeeds Robert Martin, who will remain as chairman of the company's board. Gunn, who has been a member of the Golden Phoenix board, owns more than 6 million shares of the company's stock.
Ham, whose expertise is international and domestic business transactions, earned her law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law.
