The historic town of Lundy, nearly 10,000 feet in the mountains was practically wiped off the map by a snow slide 10 o'clock Tuesday night. The Crystal Lake power plant was destroyed as was the Taylor butcher shop.

Archie Pozzi motored to the Meyers Station area yesterday and inspected snow removal operations. He reports rotary plows are working from each size. Road opening will be completed by the middle of the week.
