Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 50-year-old handyman from Elko was arrested at 11:56 a.m. Monday in the 900 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear out of Elko Justice Court. Bail was set at $2,000.

• A 21-year-old unemployed Carson City woman was arrested at 3 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor probation violation. Bail was set at $3,000.

The following is one of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• A Carson City casino reported receiving a disturbing call at 1:23 a.m. where the caller said something about blowing something up. A Reno casino received a similar call.

• A 2001 white Toyota Tundra, license plate LT37125, was reported missing from the 4300 block of Spring Drive at 11:29 a.m.

• Report of a woman with a warrant being discharged from labor and delivery at the hospital at 11:40 a.m.

• A woman attempted to steal items from Walmart then fled, dropping her purse and ID, at 3:05 p.m.

• A shoplifter was detained at Grocery Outlet at 3:24 p.m.

• A truck driver reported a man pulled a gun on him following a dispute in the Carl's Jr. parking lot at 1:34 p.m. The truck driver did not want to pursue charges.

• A 23-year-old man reportedly overdosed in the 2200 block of Long Street at 9:55 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Man reported at 5:01 a.m. that he ran into a fence on Industrial Way with his vehicle.

• A woman on Black Rock Circle in Mound House reported a man hit her at 6:12 a.m.

• Coroner call on Farm District Road at 11:06 a.m. in Fernley.

• Arrest on Highway 50 East in Dayton at 11:44 a.m.

• Report of wedding rings missing from Alpine Drive in Silver Springs at 11:29 a.m.

• Report of a rifle missing from a home on Springfield Road in Silver Springs at 3:37 p.m.

• Vehicle burglary report on Fall Street in Fernley at 4:26 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Accident at Six Mile Canyon Road and Seven Mile Canyon at 8:24 a.m.

• A large rock was removed from State Route 341 at 11:27 a.m.
