Andres Tinajero has been named chief financial officer of Rae-Wallace Mining Co., and Christopher Irwin has been named corporate secretary and legal counseling of the Reno-based company.
Tinajero currently is CFO of Trelawney Mining & Exploration and Vena Resources and has worked 15 years in manufacturing, mining and retail companies.
Irwin is a partner at Irwin Lowy LLP of Toronto.
