Obituary: Richard Millard Seaburg

Richard Millard Seaburg, 78, of Minden, died March 12, 2011, in Carson City. He was born Sept. 23, 1932, in Jamestown, N.Y. He is survived by his stepchildren, Frank Stipe, III of Herndon, Va., Cathleen Shelby of Paradise, Calif., and Michael Stipe of Paradise. At his request, no services will be held. Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City is in charge of arrangements.
